FAQ

Q) My Right Trigger Fires Sporadically?

You have officially glued both of the right buttons together.  The only way to fix this problem is to strip off the glue and retry.  All the glue must be lightly scraped off of the prongs and out from in-between them so that they are independent of each other.  Please use nail polish remover to assist in the cleaning process (this will not damage your controller) Then you can re-glue the area needed, but this time do not let the glue dots touch each other. Please take a look at the instructional picture listed for reference

Q) I Can't sync my controller to my Xbox 360? or My IntensaFIRE wont turn on?

You have used too much glue.
ON A CG CONTROLLER-you have glue touching your three upper pins together (your right and middle, your left and middle, otherwise all three).  To remedy you need to clean with nail polish remover and Q- tip. Rub thoroughly until all black glue has been removed from the sync area. Then re-glue only the silver tab to the middle tab of the sync, please reference the instructional pictures on the website to see the correct way. VERY LITTLE GLUE IS NEEDED
