If you have improperly installed your INTENSAFIRE™ flex board and would like a replacement because you have destroyed it and not because you would like it properly installed in your controller. Please follow these instructions:
• Take a picture of the flex board in your controller.
• Email the picture with a description to [email protected]
• If approved, we will replace it and tell you the final shipping cost. $18 will be charged for a replacement flex board plus the cost of shipping and handling via UPS. This offer is only extended to the lower 48 states of America. Please expect a 2 week turnaround at most after you have mailed your flex board in.
If you would like to have your INTENSAFIRE™ installed properly because either you did it and it doesn't work or you have not and would just want it professionally soldered in email [email protected] or contact one of our certified repair stores. If BGRMods does the repair there will be a $20.00 fee. If the controller recieved is not function upon arrival you will be responsible for replacing it. Also if the INTENSAFIRE™ is damaged you will be responsible for paying for a replacement.

Q) My Right Trigger Fires Sporadically?
You have officially glued both of the right buttons together. The only way to fix this problem is to strip off the glue and retry. All the glue must be lightly scraped off of the prongs and out from in-between them so that they are independent of each other. Please use nail polish remover to assist in the cleaning process (this will not damage your controller) Then you can re-glue the area needed, but this time do not let the glue dots touch each other. Please take a look at the instructional picture listed for reference

Q) My Left Trigger Fires Sporadically?
You have officially used way to much glues. You have glue that is touching the upper or lower pin (possible both) to the middle pin. All the glue must be lightly scraped off the prongs and out from in-between them so that they are independent of each other. Please use nail polish remover to assist in the cleaning process (this will not damage your controller). Then you can re-glue the area needed, but this time do not let the glue dots touch each other. Q) I Can't sync my controller to my Xbox 360? or My IntensaFIRE wont turn on?
You have used too much glue.
ON A CG CONTROLLER-you have glue touching your three upper pins together (your right and middle, your left and middle, otherwise all three). To remedy you need to clean with nail polish remover and Q- tip. Rub thoroughly until all black glue has been removed from the sync area. Then re-glue only the silver tab to the middle tab of the sync, please reference the instructional pictures on the website to see the correct way. VERY LITTLE GLUE IS NEEDED

ON A MATRIX CONTROLLER-you have glued to much and it is touching both the upper and lower silver pins to the transistor. To remedy you need to clean with nail polish remover and Q- tip. Rub thoroughly until all black glue has been removed from the sync area. Allow area to dry Then re-glue, please reference the instructional pictures on the website to see the correct way ONLY GLUE TO TOP SILVER PIN CONNECTED TO TRANSISTOR.
