Q) Why does my right trigger fire sporadically? / Why does my right trigger not fire?
You have officially glued both of the right trigger connections together. The only way to fix this problem is to strip off the glue and retry. All the glue must be removed (pay special attention to remove all glue from the sync). Please use nail polish remover and Q-tips to dissolve and remove the glue(this will not damage your controller). Then you can re-glue the area needed, but this time do not let the glue on the connections touch each other.
Q) Why can't I sync my controller to my Xbox 360? / Why won’t my IntensaFIRE turn on?
You have used too much glue around the sync connections.
ON A CG CONTROLLER-you have glue touching any combination of your three upper pins together. To remedy you need to clean with nail polish remover and Q-Tips. Rub thoroughly until all black glue has been removed from the sync area. Then re-glue only the silver tab to the middle tab of the sync, please reference the video and pictures we have provided on the website to see the correct way. VERY LITTLE GLUE IS NEEDED.
ON A MATRIX CONTROLLER - you have applied too much glue and it is touching both the upper and lower silver pins to the transistor. To remedy you need to clean with nail polish remover and Q-tips. Rub thoroughly until all black glue has been removed from the sync area. Allow area to dry then re-glue. Please reference the video and pictures we have provided on the website to see the correct way. ONLY GLUE TO THE TOP SILVER PIN CONNECTED TO TRANSISTOR.
Q) I’ve applied the glue properly however it doesn’t seem to be working. Why?
Answer. Make sure to rub the glue packet for 15-20 seconds to activate it. If you haven’t done this and already applied the glue, use a dab of nail polish to affected area to remove it and apply a cloth or q-tip to rub off the excess glue until the cloth or Q-tip comes away clean.
Once you have cleaned the surface apply the correctly activated glue as instructed using the supplied toothpick
